I honestly would be kinda sad if Sencire transfers out. He was maybe the best part of the 2022-23 season. The way he would just completely shift the energy in those games off the bench with his stifling defense was uncanny.

International players can’t collect NIL money in the states. They can when they go home/back overseas though
Is it just me, or is this worded specifically using "collect" and not "earn", and does that mean what I think it does?

Get Kalkbrenner or another high level 5, and imho it dramatically increases his chance of returning. Playing D on the 5's so much cost him a chance at DPOY.
He's also just better defensively on the perimeter. He's a great athlete but not super explosive vertically so he's not a great rim protector.

But put him on the wing and his length and mobility can cause problems.

Yep he’s really good. Tends to get bullied on the defensive side and is very inconsistent but when’s he’s on he’d likely be a top 5 Center in the Big10

Raynaud paired with Amani/Morez to do all the dirty work would be a pretty fierce frontcourt.
Yes, that would be an excellent three-man rotation at the 4/5 spots. Add in Ty who can also play there (though we're all hoping he can develop a shot a be more of a perimeter player).

Has Sencire improved his shooting. Would be difficult to have two players in the lineup who are not shooters. Ty and Sencire.
Why would Dain leave?
Because they didn't hardly play him during the regular season. Huge mistake but hard to criticize Underwood too much after the season they had. I do think Dainja should have played a lot more though.

He was unplayable in a lot of situations because he was lost on defense. He seemed to improve towards the end of the season, but still had some serious lapses. Underwood's job is to win games, not play a guy hoping the light comes on.

I thought Dain was a sieve on defense for most of the year, specifically switching on screens and rolls. He seemed more engaged toward the end of the year.

100% He also decided to start rebounding towards the end too. At the end of the day he gets dominated by great teams.
