This is the problem with NIL. It corrupts everything else. They might as well good rid of the scholarship limit. The P4 schools should put together voluntary set of rules they all pledge to follow. University President, AD and all coaches must sign this pledge annually. If a team violates the rules the other schools should refuse to schedule them.

Supposedly he asked Kansas for $1m and they countered $750k. Article also said Kentucky and Illinois are willing to pay the $1M.
We are really in the big time if we are outbidding Kansas in NIL. Imagine if we could have done this 18 years ago to land Derek Rose, Julian Wright, and Sherron Collins. While I don't love NIL it has leveled the playing field between schools the routinely cheated like KY, KS, AZ, Louisville, UNLV and regular schools.
