Plus, my snarky remark isn't fair. Teams have plenty of guys, and families, that value the degree and maybe even the education they work to achieve. So I apologize for the snark, it isn't at all considerate to many, many.

I can think of a few on the current squad who value education, many in previous decades too, and I assuredly do not know all (Imagine! -- an entirely uninformed Illinois Loyalty poster not knowing the thoughts and hopes and dreams of the over-scrutinized fellas in Orange & Blue, as well as those deep, deep hopes of the families that raised them.)

Jeremiah and Boswell would only overlap 1 year. It seems like in today's environment, you should only worry about your roster construction from year to year.
