Is this a good buckle up or a bad one?? 😬
He said ‘buckle up’, not ‘cup up’

Wait till the Big Ten and SEC break away from the NCAA ... That day is coming ...
I've been a passionate Illini fan my entire life and I think I have the posting history to prove it.

They kill the NCAA tournament and close off a Super League and I'm done, that day.

Not because of some prissy moral judgement. Because I truly, genuinely deeply would not give a crap about a competition like that. I am cosmically uninterested.

I was always skeptical about trying to get Storr on the team with a 1mil incentive. Doesn't seem financially viable. For a team like Arkansas, who is being waived as the NIL kings now that Tyson is involved, can say they have 5mil in funds, that would be 20% of their entire budget. If illinois is less than that, it represents more. Just didnt make sense to me.

I know the numbers are inflated, but I don't think that missing on Storr is bad. I'd rather have dudes bought into the culture than AJ storr looking to get his a la clark and mayer

Yup ... I was told IU was one to watch (shoutout @soupy17 for adding that note) and if they could match the UNC offer that's where he would wind up ...

I got a text from IU staffer maybe 20 minutes ago that said what I needed to hear ...

Looks like Ballo to IU ... Carlyle ... And Rice as well ...

They're going to have the talent ... They need shooting ... Which has always been the story with Woodson teams ...
If Woodson can’t win with that, he gone.

so what ??.............still got Woodson as their coach ................they really really do.................

I've been enjoying the Masters today , with the wind kicking up big time.......One of the announcers said they had sand in their teeth from the wind and the bunker sand.......wow......

Love enjoying the beautiful landscaping at the Masters......signals spring is at hand for me...........

Learned today that the 13th tee box used to be a nursery before Bobby Jones bought it in the early 1930's and incorporated it into this magnificent golf course.......
Pru...the entire property...or most of it...was originally a nursery when Jones bought it. The 13th tee box was lengthened, I believe last year, by purchasing property that was once part of the Augusta Country Club which has always shared a property line with Augusta National. They did not need much but an agreement was made between the two and the hole has been lengthened to eliminate the long hitters from reaching the green with a drive and a short iron. Not sure the desired effect has been reached, but when playing into the wind, most of the field will lay up on the second shot.
