Random question -- when a recruit is visiting campus for a weekend, do they stay at a hotel? Or with some of the members of the team wherever they live to get a fuller team experience / hopefully bond and get to know them better? Curious about the logistics and everything that goes into that stuff.
Insiders I would love some information on if we’ve reached out to Danny Wolf and what our chances are. If you’ve already let us know don’t bother responding but I really like this guys game. Dude can hoop.

It is a fact that reading the tea leaves of this board leads to 99% inaccuracy because every take on every subject is interpreted in every way possible by some crazy poster. That is why it really does not take long to learn what is and MAY happen....all you need to read is insider info.Reading tea leaves on various Illini forums.
And having posted on various Illini forums for a quarter of a century, I assure you that this one is the most sane and valid....but that is not saying much unless you take most of it as pure entertainment.
But there are some interesting insights into the play of the game that I enjoy....and Pru is always interesting!

I don't think things are done with Storr, but I think our other targets in terms of a big time name aren't in the portal yet

Desmond Claude also comes to mind... I think I read here that he was supposed to enter portal but has kinda surprised the staff bc he hasn't yet
It's going to be interesting watching this team over the next few years. Are we turning into Portal U? I've loved our transfers but we also are probably seeing the end of guys like Frazier staying his whole career in this current environment. Really anyone who is here for their first stop and isn't a top option is a likely portal candidate.
Another great poster from years ago! After engaging in some dialogue with Obelix I was curious about the name and googled it.... Obelix and Asterix, what a great find!!! There's even a live action as well as an animated movie, which were a hoot to watch, lol. Just google it, you'll find links to watch both.

Ty, Sincere, & DGL still have a chance to be the next Frazier / Hawkins.
My guess is you’re probably looking at ~1 lifer per frosh recruiting class. The rest will likely be transfers.
