I really think Kylan Boswell can see the jump in his stats similar to Shannon coming from Texas Tech. The skill is there and I think his floor is McCamey. Very good pickup.

People see his overall stats and think he’s just a guy buy anyone that shoots it at 40% from 3 simply needs to be used more and I think Brad has shown he can use guys in roles to get the most out of them

Well maybe Podz for not showing what he could really bring to the floor his freshman year. The point is trying to lay blame on how that all worked out is pointless.
I want what you are smoking!!! There is no way in hell you or anyone else is going to make me believe that all of a sudden Podz developed his drive and aggressive play over night once he left Illinois!!!

The team of the following is an extremely good well balanced team that absolutely would expect to be top 25 and compete for a BT championship. Bottom of the BT is an absurd take.

Boswell
Maddox/DGL
Ty/Davis
White
Booth/Johnson

Plus the potential of adding/keeping:

Domask
Hawkins
Amani
Harris
Storr

We are in a great spot with an exciting team next year that is certainly good and potentially great.

Wow, he was defending himself from another jealous, butthurt poster accusing him of stealing info from Jeremy. He has proven his info is good as gold for a long time. Kind of a wierd take on your part.
I'm all for someone taking a victory lap when a prediction turns out to be correct. Seems more than fair since there is always plenty of criticism when something doesn't pan out or goes differently than expected. I just appreciate the info and don't want to see it dry up if the expectation is an insider gets dumped on for being wrong but then can't celebrate being right.

They're very different. Boswell is more of a proper pg (his assist numbers aren't as high since he had to share the ball with Caleb Love). Meanwhile, Maddox is more of a combo, off-ball guard who is more of a scorer who had to be more of a pg this year for Toledo since they lost RayJ. Both are excellent shooters and can play off-ball. Ideally that is our starting backcourt, I feel like they'd complement each other well.
BTW, who's doing all this exceptional recruiting at Toledo? Perhaps we need to give him a look as our new Assistant Coach.

He always had it. Was never given the chance to show it here. It was a very bad misevaluation of talent by the staff. It happens. No staff is perfect. But other than Podz, I think they’ve put guys in roles to get the most out of them (TSJ, Domask, Guerrier, even Mayer).
