Maybe somewhat but I feel it also says a lot about some guys cashing in on possible NIL benefits.

Tim Anderson may have recruited Wooga out of HS to DePaul, I know they were in on him, so that may be the connection

If we get Wooga and Claude to play the SG/SF I think that gives us enough scoring punch and shooting If we don’t get Jones

That would be very impressive. One too many though, I guess that would mean Moretti out the door?

Just thinking through it:

4 years to play: Morez, Jakstys
3 years to play: Davis, Booth, DGL (Moretti)
2 years to play: Ty, Boswell, White, Claude, Onyenso
1 year to play: Posh, Wooga, Humrichous

Does the staff want Jones OR Wooga, I assume? If Illinois somehow lands those five (no matter how remote the odds are), what's the starting five look like?

If he's a bench piece, I don't necessarily have an issue, but since you mentioned ball protection, his turnover rate has been high his entire career. Is that something we think we can change?

Not that it matters much anymore because kids are still going to leave, but to go from all the seniors and all the transfers in and out and end up with perfect class balance would be master class.

I've got him jotted down as a quasi redshirt along with Jakstys.

It's still hard to see how we keep everyone's expectations in line if we get all the way to 13 though.

For whatever its worth, our insiders keep talking about oversigning, but BU has said publicly on multiple occasions that we might not fill all the scholarships, and we didn't last year either.

The two that most obviously overlap are Wooga and Claude, it's probably better for all parties if we just choose one and focus our energies and resources and playing time on that guy.
