agreed. But it won't be a surprise if you've watched his videos. He will be an all-conference player. I am sure he will be one of the biggest surprises and best players coming out of the portal.

Thanks for the post. That's a pretty decent video to watch. It is closer to real play than most highlight reels.
But for who?A solid contributor in 2 years
You, Indy, and LvilleOnly legit Illini sources on Twitter are Sturdy, Piper and Werner
I would assume it will be:So if we do add Egor and only Egor, I’d have to imagine Ty or Tre is starting unless you push Ben down to the 3?
If I were him I'd go to SIU for some actual playing time to develop his game, instead of redshirting here, and then transfer up in a year or two.
We need those Twitter handles gentlemen! (Burners included). You, Indy, and Lville
Some kids want a top level education, top level trainers, and top level coaching. If I were him I'd go to SIU for some actual playing time to develop his game, instead of redshirting here, and then transfer up in a year or two.
Sure, and I hope he develops and sticks around. Some kids want a top level education, top level trainers, and top level coaching.
I’m really late to the Board today but my reaction to this is:
My bad ...Clearly.....I mean...as clear as it could possibly be...no.
Interesting comment...must have just arrived back from the space station?
JJ is signed and expected to redshirt. However, he has skills that few have at his size. With maturation, skill development, experience, self-confidence, and Fletching, he should become a solid contributor to future Illini success. In years past, he would patiently wait for that opportunity and be ready when called upon. However, in today's world of college hoops...who the heck knows? The problem is that in the past, players like him were stuck and had to be content with the developmental path. But, if they can play at a fairly high level like the MVC or MAC and enjoy the process, some cannot understand the wisdom of that path in the country's elite collegiate hoops conference.
Gotta say it’s great to Kemp out here and read the diary every Daisy. Big shout out to one of the Deans of Illinois Loyalty.
