That is big for them- Paint not too proud to use the portal now I see. If Braden or TKR leave it might not matter for them much next year, but he’s definitely an upgrade to Will Berg and gives Jacobson someone else to carry the load at C

I would assume that Braden and tkr aren't going to the portal... But I would imagine they could get $3M if they did just by gauging other what other players may be getting

Wouldn’t waste a dime on him…..don’t need the empty 15 ppg in my opinion.

I would tend to agree but man that Kansas team had 0 connection to each other and seemed like a group of players who didn't care. I can possibly see him returning to his Wisconsin form on right team and that is the low cost high reward. Price is right what's not to go for itm chance he is booth for right cost isn't bad especially if he ends up being Wisconsin Storr and you just got a really good bargain.

Yes, agreed, that could be the case. Just seems odd to me--with the clear advantage that comes with high returning minutes--why let players leave over money knowing that you'll have to spend similar amounts to replace them?
