Not one single player we have is athletic! We should only be recruiting guys with exceptional athleticism who shoot the lights out. It’s not like those guys are rare or playing in the NBA or anything. /s

I think we have gotten a jaded view of what athleticism looks like from having TSJ!
Ty is absolutely athletic… I think some may have forgotten since he took the year off.

When I was in grade school (mid 1970’s) there was a push to move to the metric system. I believe it was President Carter’s initiative to abolish standard units completely but that fizzled out.
Exactly right.

That was when you just kept shooting one and one. It never went to 2 unless it was a shooting foul, so the pressure was higher. I told people that Lou needed a slow kid from southern Illinois who couldn't run or jump, but who could make free throws all day. Actually he probably had a couple of walk-ons who could have done the job.

Is it possible for us to add Sarr, Haggerty, and Jackson, or maybe only 2 of 3?
We wouldn't get all three both from a role/PT expectations on their part and from a money perspective on our part. It's Sarr plus one of Haggerty/Jackson we're hoping for. Jackson is the better talent and could be a lottery pick with a good year, but Haggerty would probably impact winning more for us next year. Either one would be a home run at SG - we would have our alpha scorer

2/3 maybe.

Haggerty is an All American. From a combination of size, athleticsm, and scoring ability, he's head and shoulders above Jackson and it's not all that close IMO. However, both would be home runs adds.

I was teaching Jr High back then. Told the kids we were moving to metric time. 100 seconds to the minute, 100 minutes to the hour and 10 hours in the day. 10 months to a year. Most believed me. Fortunately none tried to do the math.
