One plus athlete on a roster of 13...not good enough in this league.

Terrified to play SEC teams....Heck Michigan State will have 18 fast break points on this team next year.

For the guys in the know, do you have any idea how NIL works? Do the players get weekly or monthly payments? Are they getting lump sums? Is it set up for 12 months or broken down into however long the season is? Just curious.

The price tag for Kennard Davis Jr (SIU) is reportedly roughly the same as Miller and he doesn't have all of the handler baggage/circus

If we are going to pivot, lets start there

EDIT: Davis wants to be a starter though and that isn't guaranteed here

Hopefully I never hear BU call Illinois “ELITE “ again. Has nothing to do Ace recruitment but it’s obvious that Illinois cannot keep up with the top level schools anymore when it comes to recruiting the portal. It will cost a ton to retain your roster from the wolves and if you have to get someone from the portal then back up the brinks truck.

That's why they are backing up the brinks truck for their biggest target right now.

I was talking with some friends last night while we were out of our houses and an interesting point was brought up. Brad nailed the transfer portal, but seems to be struggling with the portal once money got involved. So we pivoted to International recruiting.
