He just had the operation a few days ago... 6 months minimum. I wouldn't burn a year of eligibility for a chance to play a dozen games or so at a diminished capacity. It will be a full year before he feels like himself, unless the injury has been significantly over-stated... (not to mention the earning potential of saving another year of eligibility)

Even if he can eventually play, he probably shouldn't.
a la Luke Goode as I recall.......

Do you really win when you are simply the highest bidder? I get recruiting is an auction now tho
Crowe gets to come in to Missouri and shoot as many shots as he wants. He wants to be one and done. Missouri won't have good or enough talent around him but it's not about winning games st this point. Crowe had way too many better choices than Missouri.

Ideally, one five star type and the rest four star types. They have a lot of options that they like.

I believe there were several football players for which we were not the highest bidder, but they stayed anyway. Money isn't always all that matters.

you're absolutely right on the latter. but football and hoops are hardly the same
