Unless someone comes in with a monster price tag, not sure why we wouldn’t bring back the twins. Yes they’re slow defensively, but a very intricate part of how we play.
This is so sad. I miss watching players grow year to year while playing for our alma mater, especially after such a great season. I always hope they enjoy their time in Champaign and want to stay.
And if any of them go to Michigan after the Morez drama. . . .

It sounds like our position from an NIL standpoint isn’t as good as people have mentioned. I thought we were top 10 or 15 in the country in NIL. Also, in terms of our relationship with the agent representing all of our Balkans athletes sounds like that is not in a good spot. We even brought Toni on board to try to satisfy the agent, and now it appears we may end up losing the twins anyway. That’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
He's only played 70 minutes. I'm not disputing if that's your opinion on it, but that's just not a big enough sample size for me.
I'd really like to start keeping a few of these guys in the program longer. Especially if some insiders here are only predicting 3 returners. If we get 5-6 back, so be it.
I saw it reported that he was going to Creighton like an hour before it was then reported he's going to Alabama. What a world we live in.
As I mentioned before, I think it will depend on this potential March run.
I would love to have Ty back. Team defense will be better, and I think he can get some big baskets for the Illini around the rim. He reminds me of a Houston-type player that is needed on a team.

I think with the twins you can get a donor who really just likes the twins and have them pony up a little bit for them. But they also just might say I’m done with CBB as well.
