Alex Wilkins … We’re involved …

Obviously the competition over the whole season is lower than what we play, but I just looked at the box score against uconn, and he was impressive. His season averages of 17.8 pts, 4.7 assists, .8 steals at 46/33/82 shooting splits is very good for a frosh. He did average nearly 4 TOs a game.

Would we be able to convince him into taking bench/"prove it" role or is he going to want a starter guarantee? If he's good with the former he is an enthusiastic take from my perspective.

Rob Wright and his camp are asking for $5 million … And sounds like Ohio State might be leading for him …

Lot of smoke on PJ Haggerty to Texas A&M …

Providence is spending a lot of $$$ already …

Still think it’s go hard after Blackwell and pivot if necessary …
Blackwell decision going to drag out? Just don’t want to pivot too late if we have to.

Been looking at statistics any thoughts on Michael McNair from Boston University. Tall guard from a smaller program who can really shoot.

Not sure he’s available but looks to be a perfect fit.

Did we (the non-insider plebeians) ever determine with LvilleILL1 and Indy Illini Fan actually know each other, like each other or have some sort of secret insider rivalry and get annoyed based on the posts they share?

I just imagine a world where one of them sees a post from the other and just rolls his eyes and thinks..."there he goes again" or "you really don't actually know what's going on"

No shade towards either one of them, and I appreciate their help in making college basketball a year-round relevant discussion, I just enjoy thinking of the dynamic, since we seem to know very little about them.

Blackwell
Wilkins
Andrej
Mirk
Tomi

Backup guard: Quentin Coleman
Bench shooter: Jake
Bench big: Z
Utility: Ty/Morillo

That’s the best team in the country.

I understand chasing the bag, but when you consume such a high % of the roster budget, how can you expect to compete at any but a few select uber-rich schools (like Duke/Kentucky)? Like Hawkins at KState. Taking a $5M guard versus taking a $3M guard and a $2M wing when your budget is $15M is not a hard decision in my opinion.

We really are overdue to hit on our 1A choice
Imagine how much worse off the program would be if AJ Storr had honored his agreement with us.

Stojakovic
That was a pivot from Dame Sarr, right? Again, Plan B much better than Plan A.

(We'd have won the title with RayJ Dennis, never backing down on that one)

Haggerty seems like the perfect guy to go to A&M, have no yep around him and get another 10 seed lol

Rob Wright must not be interested in winning if he chooses Ohio State
