Coach K made 13 final fours in 42 years. That’s one final four every 3.2 years. Jon has coached at Duke for 4 years and has one final four (nearly two, of course). He’s 38 years old. Coach K retired at 75. If Jon retired at the same age, that would be 41 years of coaching. Could Jon not get to 3 more fours in the next 36 years? He’s made the E8 or better the past 3 years in a row with a final KenPom rating of 7, 1, and 3.

I just don’t see how it will be Morillo who needs to be that person. Z, Jake and Andrej, in that order would get those backup minutes. I’ll be stunned if Morillo plays any 4.
