January Bowl Games

Happy New Year.

Would be curious to hear who people have for the biggest day in the sport. Looking forward to the semi-finals. Does anyone think Notre Dame stacks up well with Bama? Has there ever been a 20 point spread for a semi-final? I'll still take bama.
For the other game, if Fields has a bad thumb, I don't like their chances. Clemson may not be as strong as last year, but Trevor Lawrence is other-worldly. Hard to imagine him going down without a dominant performance by tOSU. Anyone taking tOSU and the 7 points?

Others
NW is favored by 4.5 over Auburn
Georgia by 9 over Cinci. Maybe the most interesting game of the day --I'm guessing Cinci will hang with them.

I'll jump out on a limb and say Cincy's gonna beat Georgia.

It's either Cincy or Georgia by like 30. The Dawgs either want to be there or they don't.

Georgia is having issues and its been that way for a few years. I feel they won't show up and Cincy will win easily. NW will cover as Auburn is not as strong as years past plus with a coaching change, not sure how motivated they are. Bama and Clemson will easily win by 21 points each as the fraud Golden Domers and the bought and paid for players at O$U should have never been picked as the corrupt Big Ten Commish wanted the money instead of following the rules the teams voted on

How many Illinois fans are quietly envious of Northwestern's football team right now? And seething about it?

Georgia has to be like 0-743 in the black jerseys right? When has that ever not been a debacle for them?

Georgia is having problems but, the refs have not been fair handed IMO. Cincy is playing well though.

Whoa, fake punt by Cinci in their own territory --they're here to play

The "Rose Bowl" being played as a CFP semifinal game between Notre Dame and Alabama in a mostly empty NFL stadium in Dallas sums up where we're at in college football pretty perfectly.

Openly envious, actually. Fitzgerald is a rock star! Hoping the Bears get him at some point in the next 5 years. Here's how I grew up watching Northwestern football. Yes, watching the Wildcats' current success is gut-wrenching.
