Billingsley with a helluva catch for the Tide Rollers on that drive.

It looked like he was wearing a Note Dame player as sportcoat, but he caught it anyway.

Bama has had a lot of good teams since Saban took over, but I'd put this as his best. Not defensively, but this offense is insanely talented.
He embraced modern football with Sark which means his defense has to eat a little !!!! because they are more gassed than they would have been of Saban decided he needed a ball control O.

Just me or did Saban seem like an absolute Douche when trying to be interviewed. Not wearing a mask, stepped forward and took off the headphones, then just rolled his eyes when asked to step back and put the headphones on. I'm sorry but you are domination this game because ND is constantly over rated, you don't have to rush back to the locker room just suck it up a bit dude.

Just you. I certainly did not see it that way at all.

All week Meida pushing the ND narrative ( yes, they can compete, yes they are a good match).....wasnt impressed with ND in ACC playoff, still unimpressive after one half.

Bama seemed to put it away in the first quarter, but then only put up 31 and didn't cover. 19 point spread is a lot to ask when they're only concerned with winning.

I hope Illini fans are noticing that all four teams in the playoffs are throwing the ball downfield.

Saban has thrown the ball quite a bit since leaving the NFL.

I agree. There isn't consistency with this rule.

Fields rolled onto the Clemson guy's head. That's never targeting in a million years if it's not the QB and he doesn't go down hurt.

We see that all the time and itā€™s usually called. The offensive player makes the move (usually unintentionally) to position his body where the defensive player ends up with a targeting hit. Itā€™s almost always called even though the defensive player had little/no control over it.

OSU and Bama just look theyā€™re both on a completely different level
