Obviously, though Alexander apparently worked heavily with him. But it's not factually accurate to say it's an entirely new staff. I think there are plenty of legitimate reasons for him to be testing the transfer waters and plenty of legitimate reasons to stay. Nearly complete turnover on the staff is one of the former.

It seems likely to me. Even if true, it's one thing to say that on your way out the door, and another to have to deal with your new employer on something you said at your old job that they disagree with. I'm sure both sides can handle it, and ultimately, it will be up to Kofi.

Good grief, y'all. Maybe consider not ascribing meaning to everything. A Churchill quote about knowing your past to prepare for your future obviously has no clear meaning either way here and could be related to staying or leaving or neither. The dude is in the process of mapping out his future in a rapidly changing landscape. The quote obviously applies just generally to his life.
