That was an absolutely awful performance and we are much better than that, BUT it is also a wake up call that we aren't a Top 10 team without TSJ. Realistically, we are a pretty good team who is probably borderline Top 25 when all is said and done.

I wish I could say unbelievable, but … Maryland.
The team will be fine overall, but nobody should underrate what a horrific loss this is. Quad 3 loss that just might cost us a top seed … pretty much have to beat Purdue in Champaign to rectify it.

That's our first bad loss of the season. Hopefully the last. Still, that's the kind of loss that can cost you a seed in the tourney.
Overall pathetic effort in the presence of such opportunity. Really the first time I've been really disappointed by this team this season. Does not portend for great things going forward in my opinion. Showed that we are not the mentally strong team I thought we had. Too bad to let this opportunity go by the wayside against a not great - especially on the road - team. Extremely, extremely disappointing.
You play on Thursday night and basically play 6 guys. You give it all. You have been doing that the last several games. It has been a 6 man rotation. You can not do that in the big ten. We looked like 6 tired guys today. Legs, bodies, everything was moving in sand. We must increase the rotation.

1. this game is an outlier at the left end of the bell curve and

Ty had a good game vs MSU but we can't expect him to inicuate and take so many shots on offense.
