Watching this Warriors-Rockets series and Pat Spencer got into the game for the Warriors. He played 1 year of college basketball at Northwestern and before that played 4 years of Lacrosse at Loyola, Md. I honestly can’t believe a guy with that background grinded his way into the NBA.

In retrospect I guess it would be accurate to say that his three years with John Groce were the least productive of Nunn's basketball life, wouldn't it?

Never take for granted how far we've come.

The playoffs, they are good.

Nuggets with a case study "guys who have been there vs. guys that haven't yet" win in G1 in OKC.

"They shoot too many 3s" is the new lazy crutch criticism for people that don't watch much NBA, but the Celtics actually do shoot too many 3s, and it was fun to watch it bite them in G1 against the Knicks.
Across the past several days the games in both NHL and NBA playoffs have spoiled us.

And I say that as someone who doesn't like all the 3s being taken as well as being not invested in the NBA as a whole for about a decade.

What I find interesting is that the Santa Clara coaching staff was able to turn Podz into a 1st round draft pick and the Illini staff couldn't even get him off the bench.
Just not a priority here

Very rough game 3 performance from Podz. Played 39 minutes and 1 of 10 FG with 1-4 from 3s. 5 pts total. Wolves are too deep compared to Golden State right now with Curry out. Playoff Jimmy showed up but aside from Buddy Hield, the rest of the surrounding cast for the Warriors haven't been a huge factor.

I was....perplexed....by the Randle trade at the time, but he has come up huge for them in the postseason.

My son played in the same high school conference against Julius. We faced him 2-3 times a year and although he was good, I never thought he would be THIS GOOD at the NBA level.

The shot selections between Brunson and Tatum is hilarious. Brunson's taking smart shots while Tatum is back to jacking up threes which is one reason why Knicks have crawled back to take the lead in tonight's game. Celtics are on their dumb stuff again. lol.
