Hope he enters the transfer portal.

You've got to beat them all to win a championship, but things would likely different if Iliinois played Loyola this weekend. Loyola being seeded too low hurt. Same with OSU playing an Oral Roberts team that should have been an 8-seed. Just some strange things and one of the poorest seeding jobs ever affected our conference.I don't think the Big Ten was overrated. As Bilas said, they underperformed. You take these mid majors that upset B1G teams, and put them in the B1G for a full conference slate....... none of them would even sniff the tourney because they would all have losing records. It's March madness and anything can happen in a win or go home situation.
Sadly rooting for Gonzaga now, as I just do not want to see Michigan take this title. That would be painful as well as we played against them head to head.I’m really, really looking forward to this USC/Gonzaga game. Gonzaga is so good offensively it’s kind of ridiculous. That USC zone is serious. Good offensive teams can usually work zones, but it’s not often the shortest player on a college court is like 6’5, and USC is better in their zone than man.
As a zone defense guy, this game is like a dream experiment for me.
Not if the beavers have anything to say about it! OSU is my new adopted team of the tournament. (Got a have fun by picking a horse in the race )This was described as the most upset prone Dance of all time, but it is looking like the Final Four will be three 1-seeds and a 2-seed.
Beavers are always a good choice.
Oregon State’s Wayne Tinkle forgoes $450,000 in contract bonuses because of pandemic cutbacks
Tinkle has contract bonus triggers when the Beavers earn an NCAA Tournament berth, and win tourney gameswww.oregonlive.com
Oregon State coaches gave up their contract incentives this year due to COVID. Doing so cost Tinkle $450,000. That has to hurt a little.
Part of this can be explained by the fact that the Sweet 16 games were Saturday/Sunday this year instead of the usual Thursday/Friday.
Also no tournament last year.Part of this can be explained by the fact that the Sweet 16 games were Saturday/Sunday this year instead of the usual Thursday/Friday.
Ouch. It could be a long time before we have this much talent. Huge opportunity squandered.Just in case any of you thought you at the point where you could stop crying and get up from the fetal position:

This 100 percent. The pain of the loss is magnified and distorted (exponentially in my view) by the fact we’ve been completely irrelevant for at least the last eight years (depending on when you decide we truly became irrelevant; for me it is somewhere at the end of the Weber years). It’s about being able to ante up and have a seat at the table year in and year out with decent seeding (and let’s not forget in future years the tournament will resume its protection of top seeds by letting them play close to home). Personally, I think Underwood is accomplishing that as opposed to having one great team. We would have been a 6ish seed last year, were a one this year, and I would be surprised if we weren’t a top 7 seed next year (with a ceiling as high as Kofi).I think we are going to be fine. Some folks in the media are saying OK State might have a tough time w/ Liberty.
I've also heard some folks say we are going to see Tennessee in the S16 instead of OK State.
