If chase was selected by the bears in the 4th or 5th rounds, would he be good enough to start?

Who else is it going to be? Herbert is good but not an every down back. He would not be able to hold up over 17 games. Homer is no good. I figure the bears would draft a rb somewhere in the draft.

I think Chase is far better than foreman. He is better equipped to be an every down back than Herbert. The bears could probably get by w herbert but only bc Fields will be their leading rusher. But i think Chase gives the bears something that they don’t currently have on their roster

whoever selects Chase in the draft is going to be very happy with his contributions - I just will be highly surprised if the Bears pick him in the first 4 rounds and he won’t last much beyond that .

What has foreman done that makes him better than Chase? Chase has carried the work load in college, and tested really well at the combine. Someone is going to get a gem in the the 3-5 round. In the right situation, he could really flourish. I hope it’s with the bears

With 250 yards and 4 out of 5 touchdowns versus ATL. Sorry, not impressive. He's a journeyman at best, stop gap, nothing more. I'd hope that Chase has a better career than Foreman.

You guys know my man crush on Chase Brown and how I want him to play for the Bears. How would you all evaluate his pass catching abilities?
