The Giants will start undrafted rookie QB Tommy DeVito on Sunday against the Cowboys.
I know that things in Charlotte aren't great right now but this seems a bit extreme:

Friend of mine who lives near Raleigh said that no one actually cares enough about the Panthers to turn out for that "protest". I heard a radio host today say he'd be surprised if they got maybe 6 people to show up.

Dallas really running it up on the Giants. They might want to hand it off a few times. I’m a little surprised they would run it up on a division opponent. I’m sure the Giants will file it away in their memory banks.

Unless he's truly awful, he'll be starting until Tyrod Taylor comes back off IR.
