I mean, we won 8 games last year with what we had. Plus had one of if not the best RBs in the nation. That ain't bad.
Yeah like the nation's top 3 Defense and RB. We can't catch a break. Forgot to mention several O-lineman and DBs drafted in the NFL. Williams, Bryant and Washington not too shabby at WR.

He had a great D and RB but I don't think the WR corps played up to expectations. Maybe it's revisionist history. But I feel like we could have done so much more with him behind center.

That would have been 11 wins, so better than 07 and at least on par with 01. Of course we'd have been in the B1G championship game and if somehow we pulled that off we'd have been in the playoffs, soooo...
I'm very happy for TDV. I just hope that he doesn't get permanently maimed playing behind the Giants' awful OL!
