So I guess we have a 9 day gap till next game....would be nice to reset NW game to next weekend.... FWIW alot of Mich fans were also eager to see our game, but that hope is over for next week.

According to Rival the Feb 11 game vs Illinois has been canceled.
Hopefully we don't wait until we're staring at a 15 point halftime deficit to go beast mode on these guys this time.
This is an awfully long layoff. They have to be able to find someone to play in the interim, right?
On the postgame today, Brad Underwood sounded certain they'd have a game before Northwestern.

Both Nebby and MSU have a full week this week. It would have been nice to get one in though
Technically, MSU has home games on the 9th and 13th, so they could theoretically squeeze in a 3rd on the 11th, since they're supposed to try to make up the games anyway. It'd be tight for them, but it's not like there are any other schedule gaps for them to add games anyway.

Should be who has the most wins at end of the season wins. Not Illinois fault if the other schools can't manage their Covid situation.

Would you still be saying this if Illinois is a win or two short because some of their cancelations don't get made up?
Yes I would, I don't think a another team should get punished for another teams problem.
Right but that's the point. Illinois has 3 cancelations, all due to other teams. What if two of those don't get made up and we end up 14-4. Another team ends up with all 20 played, 15-5. By your method, we would lose based on two games cancelled, due to Covid issues on other teams.
