If you want to eliminate the culture issue within a dumpster fire of an athletic department that NW has you need a clean slate from the AD down to the sports affected. No one should be retained from the previous coaching staff unless you know they were clean. You should also look at your current roster. How many of those players were part of the hazing. You can’t just paint over rust
It does not matter what processes you have in place if they exist on paper only. NW should forget about this season and fix their internal issues. With the transfer portal a rebuild is not what it use to be
The suspended Fitzergald for 2 weeks originally, so I'm guessing the first review was a lot of nothing.

Agree that you can't paint over rust, but if your car has rust, you don't have to throw it away and buy a new one.
The problem is that they are now in litigation, so anything they do will be subject to additional scrutiny. They really screwed this up with their absurd two week suspension.
Sort of on brand right now. I think it's going to take a while to shake the stink off this mess. Yay.
Northwestern lost another recruit to Oklahoma, and transferred a safety to OSU and a CB to UCLA today. 247 has them clocking in at the 2nd lowest P5 ranking for 2024 ahead of just K-State. Looks like we might be able to extend this win streak for a few more years minimum.
How about we just never lose to them again, at least in my lifetime? I would be good with that.
