Speak for yourself
I wish someone could explain to me how other teams are supposedly "baiting" Fears. How do you bait someone into kicking in the groin, tripping, forearm to the neck, etc?Not sure if this has been posted. Izzo on Fears. Really. Who is to blame. Baiting him but it's his fault?
"I did not see what happened on the play," Izzo said. "I saw him get pushed and I saw his leg come up and I didn't think he hit anybody, but if he did, then he deserves it, I guess. But if he didn't, I questioned it. So are they baiting him? Well, of course. And it's his fault."
Well that would sure tell us how Keaton will handle NBA athleticism. That would be an extremely interesting matchup which makes a top of sense for Izzo.I would bet he puts Carr on Wagler.

this is the PH being referred to, according to my imagination
I fixed a whole in the outside wall there once upon a time!!!Ahhh Joe's
What makes me smile every time I read it. Izzo says he didn't see what happened then gives a pretty detailed description of what happened. What he should have said is that he didn't have time to come up with a plausible excuse as to why Fears is not a dirty player. Not sure if this has been posted. Izzo on Fears. Really. Who is to blame. Baiting him but it's his fault?

The Champaign Room can add Coach Izzo's mispronunciation of Keaton Wagler's name in his presser today to the list. This was a fun read lol

Editorial: Jeremy Fears’ dirty play is a symptom of a bigger problem
The head man in East Lansing has plenty of moral turpitude in his resume.www.thechampaignroom.com
I hope that MSU gets back on track after we beat them, and take down Michigan in their rematch.Add that stuff into the public hoopla with Fears and I doubt there's a real sense of cohesiveness or fellowship there. But, it is Izzo and he has a track record of turning this around so just have to hope it doesn't happen prior to tomorrow evening.
Classic Izzo. He always pronounces opposing players name wrong on purpose. What a POS.The Champaign Room can add Coach Izzo's mispronunciation of Keaton Wagler's name in his presser today to the list.
Lets hope not. Goodman is one of the worst. Are you Jeff Goodman?
Also he mentioned 2 or 3 times that he beat us twice last year. lolJust watched Izzo’s pregame presser. Some real sociopathy/narcissism in his answers on Fears. Some highlights
1. There’s more to the story/more than meets the eye.
2. What Fears actually did subject to interpretation depending on what angle it’s viewed at.
3. Both sides are doing it.
4. No intent to injure
5. Deflection - he’s a great kid otherwise, goes to class, stays out of trouble etc.
6. Whole situation has taken up too much of his time.
7. He’s not sure what he’s going to do in the situation.
8. But, he doesn’t tolerate dirty play.
He may have told Fears to create more plausible deniability but no way he’s told him to knock off the dirty and dangerous play, and 0% chance he doesn’t start.
Buckle up.
Did the same with Ayo......#respectThe Champaign Room can add Coach Izzo's mispronunciation of Keaton Wagler's name in his presser today to the list.
I'm not a big Jeff Goodman fan, but he's right. It's unfathomable to think that an Izzo coached team will come out flat, at home, in a backs totally against the wall, us against the world scenario......laying an egg. Their starts to these last few games are what have killed them. Are you Jeff Goodman?
