Yeah we coped with success really well during the Iowa week, but that now becomes a challenge again for the bye.
I think our guys have a lot of the right kind of arrogance though. They still don't think they're getting enough credit, they're still hungry to be recognized.

Don't expect it to happen, but if Nebraska beats Purdue tonight, this game would be for first place in the West standings. Would be wild given our history and their Scott Frost situation.
My concern is how many touches before he gets hurt again.

That's why we haven't seen him yet. A QB can protect his legs a bit, and Tommy certainly did today. An RB is putting their whole body in danger on every play.
My guess is we will be ranked top 15 by our next game. Nebraska is playing well but they haven’t faced our defense. Team needs to stay focus get healthy and close out the season
We definitely need our short yardage guy back. As good as the Oline looked in pass protection today the run blocking left a little bit to be desired. Seemed like we were in second and long every single time, not getting much push, especially on first down. Having McCray in there will help with that a bit.

I hope the bowl and practice schedule will allow him to make the Braggin Rights game with a creative introduction.
Both teams will be coming in off bye. Huskers are in West Lafayette right now, taking on Purdue.
