Looks like 68 degrees and sunny today with virtually no wind. Mark my words, but Chase Brown will have over 300 all purpose yards today against a weak Nebraska defense. Sure, the crowd will be good and loud, but they won't be on the field playing. Was the 100,000+ crowd at Penn State last year loud? Yes. Did we beat them? Yes.

In their four conference games to-date Nebraska has scored an average of 28.5 points per game. They've played Northwestern, Indiana, Rutgers, and Purdue. Those four teams have given up and average of 29 points per game in their conference games. So, it isn't like the Nebraska offense has scored well against tough defenses. They're about to go up against an Illini defense that has given up an average of 13.25 points per conference game against teams that are averaging 20.7 points per conference game.
I'm still in shock that I was looking forward to this game way more than the hoops game last night. I can't remember the last time that happened.
