I would suggest bringing this up if you are watching with a Duck fan. I mean, if you really have to.

What, you don’t have any credibility in a guy who might as well have chimps throwing darts at a wall for him since it would be more accurate?

Oregon fans: will they be angry and out for blood, or busy crying in their beer, after this football game?

I suspect the hangover of dreariness will be thick. Imagine trying to pump yourself up after Illinois lost the title game in 05. I didn’t want see anyone or do anything for several days after that. This was Oregon’s year and they’ll be thinking “if not this year, when???”

Funny you bring that analogy up, because that's kind of how I felt after the 2005 national championship game in St. Louis. Little did I know how bad it would get over the next 10-14 years or so . . .

Do we usually wear the game uniforms that are in the pregame social media posts? If that's the case, then I really want to see Oregon wear their neon yellow uniforms. I'm going to need everything possible to stay up for this one after waking up at 3:30 to get my wife and son to the airport today, so a neon yellow/bright orange color combination making my eyes bleed may actually help me in the quest to stay awake for the entire game. :)

The arena will not be half full. THey are a top ten program. THis will be a tough game to win but we have a chance. Someone said this is a MUST win. I don't agree. Still, if we are looking to get a top 3-4 seed we are going to have to start winning these type of games. I would say that we do need to split this road trip for sure. That being said, a win tonight would be huge. We will see soon enough.

Ticketmaster is emailing me asking if I want to sell my tickets. So it seems there is some local interest in the game. Or maybe they always do that.

"Hello, would you like to help us facilitate more transaction fees?"

Driving up to Eugene from San Francisco to this game. First live game since I was a student in '17!
ahh, class of 1917. Now those were the days they played real basketball. Is it just me or do those two ballers sitting on the floor in front appear to be more than teammates? George Halas doesn’t look amused.
