Lets beat them by f***ing 40. I'm amped up after that win tonight.

Malcolm deserves to be in the tournament so much. Get it done, fellas.

Can't take winning at Rutgers for granted, they've played some good teams close. Cautiously optimistic about this one.

Definitely cannot take anything for granted, but I sure like the way this team has come out and taken care of business

Definitely. But if this team plays like it has been playing, with their hearts and their heads, and the way (lately) they've been coached on court, this should be a W.

I don't think there's going to be a let down. These guys are leaving nothing on the court. They will not go gentle.

Reasons we're in a position to win 2 more and get in the dance:

1. Defensive turnaround
2. Tate-less
3. Thorne-less
4. Freshman PT

Grove to blame for the valley. Grove gets credit for making the changes, however late we all believe they may have come.

Go Illini!!!!

Maryland just took care of these guys by 20 earlier this week at Rutgers. Need to spoil their senior day.

Sanders gave us fits last year. Let's sick the glove (Lucas) on him and coast to victory!

Uhh, I believe Tate and Thorne have contributed in a few of our wins. Groce isn't using them because we are on a roll. I still think the aforementioned pair can contribute to our success going forward. I do agree TJL has made the offense flow better and our defense has improved on stopping pg penetration but some of that is due to better hedging by our bigs. Thorne has rebounded and scored well at times, but Mav has better court vision and less turnovers. I think his defense has improved also. I do agree that less of Tate and Thorne has been a good thing but I still think they can bring some value if needed.

Could be a little tough to get up for this one after such an emotional game last night, plus it's an 11 am game central time. Just have to keep playing the good defense and compete on the boards, that should get the job done.

If they bring the same defensive intensity they've been playing lately, they should win this one

Honestly, slightly worried here.

Mainly due to the dead atmosphere I think we'll be playing in. The defensive intensity has been great and a huge part of the turnaround. That's going to be hard to match in an early afternoon game in front of a half full arena.

Hopefully we put it out of the way early and get Tate and Thorne some clock to rest up for the tournaments.
