I'm in the same boat. I'm already doing the YTV thing to watch the rest of our games this year. Given the opponent and the lingering impact of injuries on tonight's roster, I am leaning toward just listening to this one on the radio.

Listening is nowhere near as good was watching. I listened to the exhibition games and then watched their highlights on YouTube. There were very extensive "highlights" of one game. I would not have believed they were the same game.

Since we’re getting technical
you can still actually watch all 4 games. I just double checked and you can watch the two exhibition games already played. I filtered on the game dates (10/23 and 10/29) to locate them in the BTN+ iOS app.
I live just north of Sturgis Michigan and was concerned about receiving audio. Turns out that all I need to do is say to my smart speaker "HEY GOOGLE PLAY WLS RADIO".
Hearing we have 2/3 back tonight, not 3/4

You can literally sign up-pay- and cancel within one minute so you don't have to worry about canceling after the 2nd game.
Man I'm an easy sell....I went ahead and did it. As a bonus you get to lead in with the Illini VB game beforehand
