That’s a charitable analysis.
Injuries and sicknesses explain a large part of the collapse, but not all of it. Teams and other coaches have adjusted to the Illini. BU hasn't adapted to those adjustments.

I’m not saying they haven’t played a role, even a massive one. However, it’s ridiculous to not list anything else. To name one obvious one that falls directly to the staff, our game plans of relying on the three when anyone with a brain can see that’s a losing strategy has cost us multiple winnable games, full strength or not.
