I watched a bit of a Michigan game a couple of weeks back with my son, and we were both shocked at how sluggish Hunter looked after being used to watching Kofi run up and down the court. We were amazed at the difference even though we knew Kofi was better. Michigan is in for a big old can of whup !!! this Friday and I will be there to enjoy the beat down.

I put together a schedule spreadsheet at the beginning of the season and it has this as an 8 PM tip.
Can/Will Krush be in attendance for the next two? They're a huge factor. Would be nice to play these in front of a berserk crowd.
Getting a bit ahead of myself, but I expect us to beat Michigan. If so, will that Monday noon game against Purdue be factored into the AP rankings, or will it be too late to be considered?
No, the poll is released noon Eastern on Monday and the game would still be going on. I presume the votes have to be in by late Sunday night or early Monday morning.

BTW, was anyone aware that the Latin name for the wolverine is gulo gulo and that "gulo" means "glutton" in Latin? I was not.

Kofi was a lot more plodding when he got here, which put stress on his knees, and made running more of a chore. There was a video posted a long while back where Kofi talks about Fletch working with him and transforming his running. IIRC, they used some hi-tech rig that was used by astronauts to change the weight-bearing down to lower % gravity while he worked on his form. Kofi brings a great attitude and deserves a lot of credit, but he spoke highly of how that made a huge difference.
Of course, everything with Kofi is huge

Can't remember if this stat has a name, but here are the +/- standings of the B1G contenders (+1 for road win, -1 for home loss). Contenders is kind of a stretch, because IMO only Mich St, Purdue, and Illinois really have a chance but you never know with covid and everything.
