I feel like we were winning more when I used to post this stuff before every game, so here we go. :cool: ;)

An Illini win on Thursday would mean many things, but it would also be our SIXTH straight victory over Michigan. Not only would that be frickin' hilarious for Juwan to still be winless vs. Illinois and for Hunter Dickhead to NEVER beat the Illini he so willingly talked smack about ... it would also be our longest winning streak against Michigan since we won 11 straight from 2000 to 2006 - and that truly was Michigan's dark age of hoops. You would have to go back to the 1950s to find a streak longer than 3 games before that.

Let's keep the streak going and bolster our NCAA seed, Boys!

And we all just keep holding out hope that this mix-and-match group of goofballs will all click at the same time in the NCAA Tournament for a few games. How absolutely memorable would it be after this regular season if we really did make a run to the Second Weekend or even beyond. :ROFLMAO: Given the unique adversity, wild emotional swings and some of our more eccentric personalities, it really would be one of the most memorable Illini teams of all-time! And that is simply to say that these guys have three weeks to either have this be a zany, rollercoaster of a team that never panned out and we all are eager to forget or a delightfully strange group that came together and ended on such a great note in the NCAAs that we all laugh hysterically at the ride we took to get there for years!
