Josh Whitman has cost me so much money this year by not being able to bet on the Illini as an Illinois resident.
TSJ has 643 points this year. The record is 668 for Donnie Freeman in 1966.
Harmon has gone cold on 3 point shot and making too many turnovers. I love how he drives to hoop and offensive rebounds but the turnovers are costly.
DGL has stopped shooting every time he touches the ball, playing good defense. The shots he does take are within the flow and good shots. Great to see. I think he will play if other team has quick guard. We have to replace our top 3 scorers next year. DGL could see a lot of minutes next year
Through my many years, it has become a proven fact that the whole world is in a conspiracy against me personally, more than any other individual. The fact that I am not paranoid in any respect bears that truth. So many times, I have felt confident in an Illini victory, only to fall prey to the basketball gnomes who sit on their rim and swat balls away while helping opponents shots to go round and round....and finally in. So, I am going to fool those gnomes and the basketball gods and pick Morehead State to win....62-55. I think this is brilliant strategy!!!

Donnie did it in 24 games. IIRC TSJ has played in 25 so far. Still, highly impressive: a 58-year record.

As an fyi (and I do not do this), if you actually go to a physical book in Illinois, you are able to bet on individual team outcomes for colleges in Illinois. That means you can bet Illini ML, etc., but not any individual player's performance. The state still does not let you bet on Illinois colleges through mobile apps/electronically.
So if you want to throw some money down on Illini within the state of Illinois, head over to one of the physical books!

Domask paying homage to Terrence with that t-shirt was cool. Hawkins calling out last year's team and calling out the negative fans as "spectators" was also cool. Like him or not, Coleman always speaks his mind. Fans were right to be critical of Hawkins in the past much like what happened with Curbelo before but Hawkins has really come into his own this season and has matured on the court
