There is understandably a lot of veneration of Craig Bohl because of what he accomplished at NDSU and his general image and reputation as a rumpled no-nonsense coach's coach.giving up 13 to start the game is a tough thing to do against another FBS team
The reality though is that his Wyoming teams have never been particularly scary, weren't as good as they should have been when they had Josh Allen, and are now facing a season opening true road game in which they're replacing most of their team.
If we're a bowl team and play like it this is probably a blowout. No reason to freak out in week zero if it's not, but there's a reason that line is traveling our way.
It would be surprising if Wyoming winds up being a team like UTSA was (and crystal clearly had the potential to be from the start) last season. For once we're playing a cupcake that isn't at a generational high point for their program, new territory for us I know.
