But that’s what was working. Just a pathetic second half coaching display.I mean we're not really built to sling it all over the place. Under Lovie or Bert.

Peterson was the big question mark of the staff when they were being hired, I think it's becoming clear to see why most insiders didn't like the hire.It appears that both Brown and McCray were available on that 3rd down (McCray came out for the initial 4th down before the timeout, then it was Brown). Having Norwood as the RB in that situation is a titanic coaching failure.
I agree, may be controversial, but imo we have the worst offense in the big10.Fire Tony Petersen immediately
Our defense continues to improve and they live in the field. The offense is still terrible, play call is soooo bad and players are not developing at all. If they keep the OC it will never improve. You can either find your new OC this offseason with credibility and a plan or next offseason with the stink of desperation all over you.
It's 2-10 next year with Petersen, not even worth watching the games, over before it starts.
And that would be a real shame, because there's some stuff going right here.
Or the staff could have called a timeout once IW went in motion and #5 didn't go with him. The play was blown up at that time. We still had all 3 timeouts available.BP has his best game this year...QB sneak was available on the 4th and 1....look at the replay , defense was leaving a gap open and with RB's pushing it would have been 1st and 10....like another poster said 4th and inches and throw pitchout 5 yards backwards
I think one of the reasons the staff likes Sitkowski despite not being able to hit the broad side of a barn is that he's more aware of stuff like that and willing to check out of it.Or the staff could have called a timeout once IW went in motion and #5 didn't go with him. The play was blown up at that time. We still had all 3 timeouts available.
I’d much rather have Rod Smith than Tony Petersen as my OC. Hurts to say thatPeterson was the big question mark of the staff when they were being hired, I think it's becoming clear to see why most insiders didn't like the hire.
I just want us to win over 3.5 games ($$$). Is that too much to ask?Oh well there go our chances for a late December visit to Detroit and the Toilet Bowl
Who do you think has been guiding the play calling?Did he even show up 2nd half? What the H was that play calling? Seriously let BB call the plays from here on out
Nothing like loosing a game where you know you’re 20 points better than
We have superior athletes so imo yesIs Illinois though?
From what I’ve gathered it sounds like BB lets his coordinators call the shots, and throws his thoughts in. The bye wk I feel like BB’s thoughts into pedo st game planning were more implementedWho do you think has been guiding the play calling?
