I'm thinking the other commit they are expecting is probably Robbins. Haven't seen any indication that Roundtree is coming here.

It looks like Ken Knight (the father of James).

I find it interesting that James was announced as an LB. There's a lot of speculation that he is too short for that position.

There is guy standing with the orange illinois hat
There is someone in the right corner standing wearing an orange Illinois shirt.
There is a guy in the right corner sitting with an Illinois sweatshirt.

So, if all 3 are Knight's family/friends, it is kinda weird that they not standing next to each other? And why would they be part of Jeff Thomas' announcement?

I am pretty sure that the player sitting in the middle, with the bow tie, is Jeff Thomas because in front of him is a ESPNU microphone. He is announcing on ESPNU at 9:45
