"They’re a proven winning program. Brad let’s his guards play, they have a proud tradition, Tim Anderson is like an uncle to me and they have one of the best in the business strength-and-conditioning coaches Adam fletcher. Illinois just made more sense for me and what I’m trying to do."

Now lets get some athletic length to go with these high rated guards.

Tell ‘em! Kids change their mind and not all info will always be correct. But our guy is clearly plugged in.
Funny how quiet those folks on Inquirer are who liked making fun of the "so called insiders" on this board when the info they were getting and sharing didn't always pan out. Absolutely nailed it on this one.

You can't be Sirius with this reference. But I can wait to see the games these people play.
In light of the staff's recruiting prowess I simply look at Juwan, Tom, Paint, Greg, Chris and Fran and think "I wouldn't want to be like you."

I have a close friend who is the father of a recruit. He said that Illinois is the only Big Ten school not to reach out to his son, which I didn’t love. But…he then went on to say, Coach Anderson is the best hire at the college level. Went on and on about him. This was 3 months ago. Said that if Illinois could keep him we would be a contender year after year. He isn’t a fan of IL btw. Was great to hear and now TA delivers.

Was wondering when Dan would create this thread. I am officially nervous now
LOL I just looked at the board for the first time today since this morning (8:43 pm EST) and I'm still nervous since Dan hasn't put this on the front page.

When I didn't see the news there, I assumed it was bad news!
