LOL Blaming Skip for starting rotation key injuries,losses is laughable.
I heard on Major League Baseball network that in the winter that Skip's contract was restructured so thaty Skip could opt out after 2024.
the article attached earlier here seemed to point to the club having an opt out.

Mr. Sonny Gray with 5 impressive innings tonight.......I think we have a staff ACE..........had control of the strike zone and was excellent with his location of pitches........

Loved Oli coming out and trusting our Ace. Rewarded with the double play ball. Libby is definitely maturing, those first 2 walks he gave up would’ve sunk him years past.

Jo Jo Romero looking very impressive so far.....1 2/3 innings of relief with a lot of K's..................Good to see stormin Gorman with another homer..............So so glad he is still a Cardinal after some posters here wanted to trade him off........jmho.........

Why is Pallante on the Cardinals roster ?????.............he is the weakest link in the bullpen.......was last year also........we have added so many new relief pitchers so send him down to Memphis and bring in pitchers that at least offer a chance to get MLB batters out.............JMHO...........

The real culprit here is the offense. When you aren't scoring any mistake made by a pitcher is fatal. Gotta get some guys going and score some runs.

Agree, that draft was amazing and I am definitely glad they are being careful with him. There's no reason to rush him. I think a lot of people are sleeping on Burly. The guy can flat out hit.
