He hit his way to a Texas League batting title and has continued to hit his way through the minors. Across three minor league seasons within the Cardinals’ system, Torres has produced a .330 batting average.

I'm okay with them as a Saturday road game gimmick like these. Much like they do the City Connect at home on Friday and the cream color uniforms for home on Saturday.
Sometimes when I look at Walker and I squint real hard like George Castanza, I can kinda see Andre Dawson.
Today's game has been postponed and will be made up as part of a split doubleheader on August 17th.
Significant because that series now becomes a 5 game series AND will be in the middle of a 3 city road trip that also takes them to Chicago and Philadelphia.
