Nolan Gorman batting .111 since he came back up 7 games ago. 16 AB, 2 hits 6 strikeouts and 1 BB.

Memphis did not fix him.

Time to move on.

Saggese should get some play at 3rd base once Winn returns to the lineup.......

Graceffo has been lights out lately especially his breaking ball movement.................

to be fair, i think they tried. and then all the wheels have fallen off with injuries.

I was looking at the memphis lineup tonight, and that's been pretty picked clean. They either up in StL or they're in Springfield.

Bernal first career HR drives in 2 RBI's...........future looks great for this organization........it really really does......

I like a 2027 lineup that includes Bernal at C, Burleson at 1B, Wetherholt at 2B, Winn at SS, Jordan or Fermin at 3B and an OF of Baez, Walker and even Church with Herrera as a DH. Young, hungry and good all-around players.
Add some more arms and who knows??

How bout that ?...................After falling behind by the score of 3-0 and being no hit for 5 innings by Dodgers ace Yamamoto the Cardinals rally for an 8-6 win in 10 innings......just wow ..................

a bullpen start by Mautz resulted in a 3-0 deficit as his pitches rarely found the strike zone......Fernandez and Graceffo were excellent to allow the youngest team in MLB climb back into the game ......great D by Burly , Fermin and Saggese spurred this gritty band of brothers to keep chipping away against the Dodgers on the road........

Baez 2-2 , 2 doubles , 1 R , 2 RBI's .........
Bernal 1-4 , 1 R , 2 RBI;s , 1 HR ...........
Church 2-4 , 2 R .............
Saggese 2-4 , 2 R , 3 RBI's , 1 HR.......

If Baez can figure it out I think our 2027 playoff chances went way up

skeptical about Herrera here long term.

Baez being a hit would sure be helpful

Anyone who has Cardinals.TV I advise you watch some of the AA Springfield games.........Rodriguez is the Cardinals # 1 prospect for a reason......he's a generational prospect IMHO.......
