Not looking forward to this as I once was. Oh well. Always thought he was an ISU lean, anyway so didn't get my hopes up too much.

Wherever he goes, I wish him luck. He's been a stand-up kid through this all and it's not fair to get jerked around by politics like this.

I refuse to give up hope until I hear him announce a school other than UI.

if any of the conjecture out there is true (doubtful), not only will THT likely say something like “it really came down to two programs.. ISU and xavier” but he might also throw out some serious shade directed towards UoI and/or staff ala “the staff was very unprofessional in their recruitment of me”. We’ll find out soon enough

It does look VERY fishy that all the CB's switched so suddenly, so there has to be some fire in that smoke (pun intended).

Hope THT is content with the decision he makes, and that he is both happy and successful where he chooses to go. Especially if politics influenced his choice.

Are the Irvins Russian by any chance?

Will anyone ask him if Illinois withdrew their scholarship offer?

Ayo top priority. We're not in a position of power yet... hopefully we get there - but until then, play the game.

WCIA....Bret Behrens, Champaign on 6:00 news......" It's doubtful he comes to Champaign."

If it comes out that THT was going to commit to us and today we pulled his offer because of pressures from some AAU coach every fan should be furious...That is a complete slim bag thing to do to a kid.....

Gotta love playing the game of Chicago basketball recruiting.

I really wonder what kind of tears these are.
