Great effort. End gif fame stuff needs to be cleaned up. But this team is super young and will continue to grow and hopefully peak in March
You typed "hopefully." You must be concerned as well. The NU game and now this. It cannot become the norm.

I didn't need this tonight
Ugggggh. Traded toughness for shooting like it’s the NBA where you get 110 possessions in which you only have to guard like two actions per at most.
We can get mismatches for all of our 6’9”+ guys but they don’t care at all to score near the hoop. If your guards aren’t getting to the rim and your 4-man can’t attack long close outs, you now have a recipe to shoot a million tough 3s. So maybe try to get some of those misses back and perhaps alter some shots and get back down court prior to the defense being perfectly set on every damn possession.

DGL only playing 5 minutes is terrible. I have seen enough Ben H aint him his minutes should be divided between DGL and Morez. There is just no excuse not to play DGL more with Ben H being so terrible lately.
I thought DGL had a very disappointing look on his face when his only job was to foul when BU put him in a late-game situation. He should play more.

Credit to BU for building this team, but his subbing has been terrible the last 3 games.

Ben has struggled against power 5 opponents. Teams are faster, stronger, better. Same goes for Davis.

Need to see more of Morez, and some of Booth.
I can’t like this enough. He played 30 minutes tonight and had 1 rebound. The coaches have to see this.

Didn’t we just roast Dan Hurley for a similar reaction two weeks ago? This wasn’t as crazy, but still not a good look after subsequent events occurred.

At this point I feel like I am watching Jake Davis getting more minutes on the court than those two. Morez and Tomi combo on the court works and we need more of it. Brad can't keep harping on rebounding and keep Morez sitting while Ben hasn't been panning out on the rebounding end.
We keep saying this. And Brad keeps giving Ben and Jake minutes and he keeps sitting DGL and Morez. It is Brad's team. And unfortunately, he CAN keep distributing the minutes in this ridiculous manner.

I’d imagine once TA left, things changed with Morez.
Unfortunate. Hate to see him go.

Apparently Brad lost the video tape to show the team in one of his class room sessions of Danny Ainge's full court drive with 6 seconds left to beat whomever sometime in the last century.
Notre Dame was the victim

Part of it … Not all of it …

Morez didn’t come here to come off bench … But he accepted it … Now Ben is not playing well … Morez should be playing over him … He’s not …

People are frustrated …
Perhaps a minor point... Kylan said in postgame that communication needs to improve.... Isn't that what Morez strong suit is during the game?

Also, not a good look on how to treat a guy who committed 2 years early.

It's definitely frustrating that he is seeming to pick and choose which freshman he is letting work through their growing pains on the court.

Even if he's coming off the bench, his minutes played are way too low. He should be over Tomi... at least for today... way more of a plus on D and is a sure-fire rebounder

Ya, don't get me wrong, the fact Morez is a 5 star is I'm sure part of our clamoring as fans for him to play more. But this isn't rocket science. The eyeball test shows the following:
Morez- Tough as flipping nails, hustles, rebounds his A$$ off, is playing surprisingly very good defense as a freshman and not fouling near as much as to be expected. AND has frequently scored a few times every game he's played. He is always a + when looking at his +/-. Oh and he's an Illinois kid, who's been loyal, and is a 5 star..

Ben- Transfer, brought in to shoot, but can't hit shots when it matters. As the game has sped up he looks completely out of place. Oh and your head coach talks a big game about rebounding the ball and being tough but Ben doesn't rebound and isn't tough. He had 1 rebound against Wisconsin and 1 against Tennessee.

The hypocrisy of Brad to preach rebounding and toughness and still play Ben over Morez is horse poo and I don't blame the kid one bit for looking elsewhere. He and his people have every right to be pissed.

I’m imagining Brad loves the senior “leadership” and experienced mentality over others. BU thinking Humbrickhouse brings a Domask/Q/TSJ/ Harmon quality to the team. And apparently BU keeps playing him thinking he will turn the corner and have a Domask like impact. When it’s apparent it’s gonna be a large wide turn (if it happens).
