Leaving aside whatever people's quibbles may be with the choice or design of the shield, are people starting to realize the ways a distinct, differentiated logo can be used in ways that a mere block I cannot?
Wow, that is dedication. I only asked because I have been looking for a shield sticker decal that I could hang in my garage, but can't find one anywhere.

Go take a Pic of the hood.. Take it to a Printing Vinyl shop .. Like one that does Dirt late models.. They can make one for you as big as you want it. you could make it 2 times bigger then the hood But you lose some of the Res.. I say it be some were 5 to 10 bucks a Sq, foot.. they can make it were it hangs or you can stick it to the door...I put in (vinyl printing shop champaign il) and shows a lot in Champaign il

You know what really brings it together IMO? The white helmet. I am hoping ours looks as good on the field as I think it will. If so, it should probably become our primary and basically only used helmet.
Have you seen any good pictures of the orange one on the field? There are some in the football preview Robert is selling and I think they are going to look very good - the orange looks way better there than all the indoor pictures.

I havent seen any "good" pictures I guess. If the ones they have been practicing with would be the game ones,-do they have practice only helmets?- then hopefully they are just using those in practice to keep the white ones game fresh for opening day.
Then I am hoping we breakout the all white combo for the Wash game.

I don't know if the ones they are practicing with are the game helmets, but they look the same - they are definitely not the orange ones from previous seasons.

Women's soccer lockers look nice.
In the reveal video, there were couple shots of some baby blue alternates. I'm not sure if these were for goalies or captains or something, but I think they look very sharp. IMO a much better alternate color than grey/silver

Yeah, those are the goalie uniforms. There's a good picture of them in the slide show someone posted a link to.

Someone needs to sneak out onto the field the night before the Youngstown State game and paint the white outline blue and round off the inside corners. :thumb:
Maybe leave the shields for another late night excursion.

hey, had an idea for a shield concept i was wondering if one of our more tech savvy posters could put together for me- Could someone make a shield without the I in the middle, but rather just a regular rectangle (so the "Hallene Gateway' looks more like a gateway) and inside that rectangle put an outline/image of a doughboy? I think there were a few that were floating around this board that would work.
I think that the doughboy image didn't stand on its own very well, but would be a perfect fit for the shield. Plus it would seperate the secondary logo a bit from the primary logo a bit more, by removing the I. Just a thought, was wondering how it would look/ what you guys thought
