I hope this is all in reference to the case being ultimately dropped and not the TRO. I still think it puts everyone on the team in an awkward situation if just the TRO.
Got it, so this was not unexpected move, Sounds like it's something they have been in communication on.
How much precedent is there for something like this?
If successful, would a Bears player be able to fileba restraining order against the Bears/NFL to have a suspension lifted?
If an executive at State Farm were put on administrative leave after being arrested, could he file a restraining order against them?
Is there some kind of statute or mechanism that makes this specific to an institution like the University of Illinois?

If Terrence does return it will be interesting to see how they share the court. Terrence may play off the ball more with the way Domask has been going off in iso mode.

Considering the foresight of Josh to have the panel in place before all this went down, the way he navigated this horrible scenario with measured response, impeccable judgment and prudence, all the while properly supporting his player, staff, university and the rule of law, do we immediately declare him the GOAT AD for the beloved? Equally impressive is the job BU has done in holding this ship together during a hurricane of end times proportion. If they finish top half of the B10, he’s coach of the year in my book (although all outside the UofI would not understand what he has done). Gentlemen - we are blessed.

Did you think that playing @ Purdue was a positive experience when it came to the fans? Fans say dumb things regardless of circumstance. Stars play and tune the fans out...it's kinda their job.
Also, that is from the injunction his lawyers filed. Of course it will read like he did nothing wrong. I am not saying he did anything wrong either, merely pointing out thats what lawyers get paid to do.
I would think that BOOM would be for something bigger than that. Like the charges are being dropped because all that his lawyers wrote is actually true.
