San Diego State does not belong in this game. No idea how they got here, but this is where upsets are awesome in the first weekend, but when it comes title time, I want to see the best teams out there.

Well Kansas, Alabama, Houston, Purdue, Texas, UCLA, Arizona, Baylor, Kansas State were all better IMOWho were the best teams?
Except they all lost to inferior teams. Honestly, the way UConn has been playing it almost didn't matter the opponent.Well Kansas, Alabama, Houston, Purdue, Texas, UCLA, Arizona, Baylor, Kansas State were all better IMO
Traditional works when you got at least 3 future first round NBA picks like UConn does. If talent level is equal I’d go with small ball every time at the college level.UCONN is proof positive that traditional does still win in the college game. With all due respect to the coaches who feel that running 4 guards out there to play "positionless" basketball is the way to go....I'll take two bigs and long wings that can shoot the ball and get to the basket all day long. The pure intimidation of UCONN has had other teams seeing ghosts in the paint. Very impressive.
I thought the best team was Alabama, but SDSU took care of them.Well Kansas, Alabama, Houston, Purdue, Texas, UCLA, Arizona, Baylor, Kansas State were all better IMO

UCONN in 2011. before that Florida in 2006 and Syracuse in 2003 and Nova in 1985UConn was unranked in the preseason top 25. I wonder when the last time an unranked preseason team won the title? Even San Diego State was ranked 19th

At least 2 of them are. I didn’t see their names.Which game official is from the B10?
Yup, huge shot in contextThat shot by Hawkins turned the entire outlook of this game around. UCONN was on their heels.
Agree 100%. They squeezed every last drop out of their season. There's a ton of heart there. Good show in the second half.SDSU gave them a good game. They don’t have anything to feel down about. They absolutely maximized their talent, took out a great team in Alabama, and will have plenty of recruiting moxie with a FF and heading into the Pac 12
Again. Uggg.. When's it gonna be our time!Hell of a run by UConn.
