Losing on a last second miracle shot, that is hard to get over. I’m already over this one.
One game won’t affect it. He had a great Big Ten tournament and 3 great games in NCAA Ayo didn’t have that. There have been some many players that have had bad tournament games and still got drafted.
Well that was embarrassing. NGL, it does tarnish their legacy with me a bit. I've just never in my life seen that poor of a Performance in the Elite Eight. I think the broadcast basically said it was the worst beating in the Elite Eight since 1992.
Big picture though - still a good year. Arrow up. Just super disappointed in how we ended the season.

Great season. Elite 8 and B1G Tourney Champs
Domask Triple double in the tourney. Hawkins overall had a heckuva career here and Shannon was amazing this season.
I don’t mind the initial strategy this game. Needed to get to the basket. Maybe you get Clingon in foul trouble. I don’t think anyone expected to have so many shots blocked.
The wheels came off when we missed threes and they got run outs.
Underwood has a great eye for talent and will have some everyday guys next year. Big shoes to fill.

Great season and finally broke through into the second weekend. Just a really crappy way to finish it. Onward and upward

He got taken out of the game by the big guy in the middle. He couldn't get to the basket and couldn't get the foul calls.
The key to this game was being able to connect from outside to force the big away from the hoop. They couldn't do it.

We could have still made it a game if we didn’t keep running into their 7 foot pylon after realizing the refs are not calling anything on them

Tremendous season with a group that was easy to root for and great coaching. Thankful for what this team accomplished and the way they went about it.
Having said that, what a terrible game plan and awful execution tonight. Knew it was gonna be a huge challenge, but that was just utter and complete embarrassment. What hurts is that this was an old team built for March that I believe had a legit shot to win it all. Now it’s going to be a total rebuild. Man, this one stinks!!!

I signed up for Final 4 tickets. I knew not to get ahead and did it anyway. Last time I did something like this was buying tickets to the B1G football championship when we only needed to win one more game......
