Think he left before BLJ was hired right? I think he saw TP and decided that wasn't going to be good for him and left.He was super mad that he didn't get his game vs nebby in Ireland

Yes?So are the Mildcats better than expected or is Nebby worse?
Nebraska is still “coached” by Scott Frost, so I think that’s the key. Any chance Nebraska just goes ahead and admits failure and fires Frost after this game?So are the Mildcats better than expected or is Nebby worse?
I’m still surprised how badly he crashed and burned at Nebraska, I thought they finally found then guy to bring them back to prominence.Scott Frost is nothing if not consistent. Nebraska is up 2 scores and rolling and he calls an onside kick. Northwestern recovers, scores, and never relinquishes the momentum the rest of the game.
Frost is pure gold.
Rightly so.The Nebby Forums are lighting up Frost on the on-side kick.
The kind of decision that gets you fired, justifiably. The Nebby Forums are lighting up Frost on the on-side kick.
The same reason we've played Akron and Western Illinois.I know Florida St is relatively down for that program, but why on earth are they playing Duquesne?
Saw Frost was asked by local press in his post-game interview if he'd consider stepping down. LMAO. What's it say to be asked this directly after the season opener!Nebraska is still “coached” by Scott Frost, so I think that’s the key. In this case, "local press" would have been Irish, more used to covering soccer, right? In that context it seems like a reasonable, if not expected, question.Saw Frost was asked by local press in his post-game interview if he'd consider stepping down. LMAO. Local ie. Nebraska press that followed the team over there. In this case, "local press" would have been Irish, more used to covering soccer, right? In that context it seems like a reasonable, if not expected, question.

We play Eastern IIllinois in 2024, they are a significant step down from Duquense.Duquesne is a significant step down from those schools.
Yes, there was free beer at the game for a time; resulted in huge lines (no surprise) and some really awesome cup snakes including one that made it from the first level to the second level. So apparently the stadium in Ireland lost internet so they just kept handing out free beer.
Sounds like a good plan for the Virginia game. How does one make that happen?
Stay safe my friend.......................Yes, there was free beer at the game for a time; resulted in huge lines (no surprise) and some really awesome cup snakes including one that made it from the first level to the second level.
Game thought:
1. Nebraska will Nebraska. Still can't get out of their own way. Doubt Frost will survive the season
2. NW has very little team speed and unimaginative play calling. They just wore down the Neb d-line by running it down their throats
3. Donny Navarro is clearly WR1 for NW
4. Both teams are very beatable and will prove to be a good barometer of where we stand as a program
